Duck Sausage Barley Soup

  • Ingredients

    • 32oz jar Sauerkraut
    • 1 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 6 Cups Water
    • 1 Pkg pelleh Poultry Italian Duck Sausage thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup barley
    • 3 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2-3 cubed potatoes (optional)
  • Directions

    In a large pot heat oil and sear Italian Duck Sausages 5 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile rinse sauerkraut in a colander under cold water. Add it to the pot with rest of ingredients. Simmer on low for 90 minutes.
